#### DEPOSIT

 
A 20% Non-Refundable Non-Transferable Deposit is taken at the time of booking.

 
No Exceptions

  
#### CANCELLATION POLICY

 
- Cancellations and/or modifications made **less than 3 days** prior to check-in are subject to the **full cost of the stay.**

 
- No-shows and early checkouts will not be refunded.

 
- All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@hmkosher.com

#### CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

 
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

 
We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to any late checkout.

#### MEALS

 
Summer Rates include Breakfast for 2 and lunch only on stayover days. Dinner can be added for $50 per person.

 
Off season Rates include no meals. Meals can be added at an additional cost.

#### SMOKING POLICY

 
The Resort is a smoke-free facility.

 
If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guestroom

 
A **$500 cleaning fee** will be added to your bill.

#### KEY PLOICY

 
There is a **$100 lost key fee**

 
per room key not returned.

Children Age 2 to 11 Are Deemed "Children"

 
Children Age 12 or Older Are Deemed "Adults"

 
Children Under the Age of 2 Are No Additional Cost

 
There Is a 1 Time $25 Fee per Crib

 
There Is a 1 Time $25 Fee per Roll-Away

 
20% Non-Refundable Deposit At The Time Of Booking

 
Cancelling Within 72 Hours of Arrival Results In A Penalty of 100% of Stay

- Pets not allowed
